With 35+ competitive bodybuilding shows under her belt, Anna truly understands the highs and lows of competing. Success on stage requires very strategic planning and execution in all areas of physique development, including nutrition, training, supplementation, recovery and mindset.

Anna will personally guide you through every aspect of your preparation, from fully customised training programming, sports nutritionist designed diet plans, supplement recommendations, federation and category selection, stage presentation guidance, peak week programming and show day support, with weekly check ins and adjustments as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

HOW ANNA'S COMPETITION PREP COACHING WORKS

Choose your package, then apply for comp prep with Anna by submitting the form below. Anna will be in touch to discuss your goals and determine next steps.

Anna will prepare your personalised training and nutrition plans, which you can access via our VIP client app. You'll also be granted access to our PRIVATE community hub.

Anna will actively monitor your progress through weekly check ins and adapt your programs as required to bring your best physique and presentation to the stage.

COMP PREP (IN PERSON) INCLUDES:

  • Weekly 1 hour personal training sessions at Reform Health & Performance, Kew

  • Personalised training plans and programming individually formulated for your desired training outcome and physique category criteria

  • Sports Nutritionist prepared nutrition plans based around your personal food preferences and lifestyle (meal plans or flexible dieting)

  • Personalised supplement recommendations to optimise health and training outcomes

  • Weekly monitoring of your progress through check-ins and lifestyle assessments, progressing to daily as your show approaches

  • All necessary diet and training adjustments based on weekly assessments and feedback

  • Assistance choosing shows, federations and categories

  • Stage styling & presentation guidance

  • Personalised peak week training and nutrition plans for your chosen shows

  • Show day support, including backstage help (subject to location & availability), pump up plans, check lists, and phone check ins for non-local shows

  • Post show debrief and metabolic recovery diet

  • Comprehensive initial goal setting and lifestyle consultation to compile your training, nutrition and physique goals and establish your prep duration and start point

  • Initial structural balance assessment and movement screening to identify potential weakness and imbalances

  • BioSignature Modulation body fat assessments & hormonal profiling
