RECIPE: Egg Nog Protein Smoothie

Serves 2

1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder of choice
200ml unsweetened almond milk
150g plain fat free Greek yoghurt (can substitute coconut yoghurt)
1 frozen banana
30ml sugar free maple syrup
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top to serve.
