RECIPE: Choc Raspberry Coconut Overnight Oats

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1tbs Natvia
2tbs shredded coconut
1/2tsp coconut essence
Raspberries to serve

METHOD

1. Combine oats, protein powder, almond milk, Natvia and coconut essence in a jar and shake to combine.

2. Leave in the fridge overnight.

3. In the morning remove the oats from the fridge, fold in the raspberries and top with a little extra shredded coconut.
