1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 cup apple, quartered or chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp Cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1/2 scoop vanilla or cinnamon flavoured protein powder of choice
1 tbs flaxseed meal
1 tbs natural peanut butter
1 tbs pure maple syrup
1. Combine oats, half the apple, half the blueberries, cinnamon and stevia in a large microwave safe bowl. Add water as per oats packet instructions and cook on high in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
2. Fold in the protein powder and flaxseed meal.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining apple, blueberries, peanut butter and maple syrup.
