Glutes & Hamstrings Giant Set

1. BB Hip Thrust, 12-15 reps
2. Lying Leg Curl, feet plantar flexed & toes touching, 8-10 reps
3. 180 deg DB Hyperextension, 12-15 reps
4. Reverse Hyperextension 25-30 reps
5. Lying Single Leg Curl, feet dorsi flexed, 10-12 reps
6. 45 deg DB Hyperextension 15-20 reps
Rest 90s and repeat 4-5 times.
