Makes 10 slices.
2 scoops vanilla Protein Switch by Switch Nutrition
1 cup gluten free oat flour
3 medium sized extra ripe bananas
1/4 cup baking Natvia
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tbs flaxseed meal
1 tbs + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour into a prepared loaf tin.
To make the “swirl” mix 1tbs cinnamon with about 1/4 of the batter then swirl it through the remaining batter.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
